How does UTS International work?
An international move can be registered with UTS International by the HR team or the employees themselves. Once the application is received, UTS International will set the process in motion.
- Schedule appointment for home orientation, or online survey, with a UTS moving consultant
- During the appointment: discuss preferences, questions, planning and volume of belongings to be shipped
- Approval of quotation
- Execution of the relocation and billing (to HR or employee)
- Shipping to country of destination
- Customs clearance (if required) and delivery to specified address
Your employee will be assigned a personal UTS coordinator. This will be their point of contact throughout the moving process.
UTS International offers a variety of service packages. Depending on budget and preferences, our customers can opt for a full-service relocation which includes packing, unpacking, dismantling and assembly, or a do-it-yourself service (self packing, dismantling and assembly).
